Fit out of the Covent Garden Academy of Flowers

In a departure from their main works in High end residential refurbishment, Chartered Building contractor, Abbeymead, was pleased to undertake the fit out of The Covent Garden Academy of Flowers.

The client's brief was clear; the academy needed to be open in 8 weeks time as students were booked in for the courses the academy provided.

Abbeymead spent the next 56 days transforming the Building site into the Academy of Flowers.

Certain features such as the ground floor cornice were manufactured off-site, which reduced the on-site installation time. This also reduced the period of time scaffold was required in this area.

Despite overcoming numerous setbacks during the course of the works, the project was finished on time, to a very high standard and with complete client satisfaction.
